Pencil Pine Cypress is an evergreen conifer with a very narrow, pencil-shaped crown. It is one of the best foliage plant mainly cultivated as an ornamental and decorative tree. It can grow remarkably tall, slender, almost pencil shaped. The leaves are needle-like and dark green at all times of the year. Cones develop in March-April.
