Chlorophytum Comosum also known as Spider plant are commonly grown in hanging pots suspended by ropes or wires in bright sunlight. It grows to about 60 cm tall. It has fleshy, tuberous roots and long narrow leaves.
Chlorophytum plants have been shown to reduce indoor air pollution in the form of formaldehyde.
